For the third year in a row, members of the British Polish Chamber of Commerce, the American Chamber of Commerce, and the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) gathered at The Bridge Wrocław – MGallery Hotel for the Year-End Networking Cocktail, raising a toast to the year’s achievements and anticipating prosperity in 2024. The event drew an attendance of about 300 individuals representing international stakeholders in the capital of Lower Silesia. Following the introductory remarks by the organisers, the proceedings were formally initiated by Jakub Mazur, deputy-mayor of Wrocław, Erin Nickerson, the consul-general of the United States, and Johannes Mayr, General Manager of the host hotel. The distinguished guest list also included Martyn O’Reilly, the Scottish government’s trade envoy to Poland, and Martin Kremer, the consul-general of Germany.
Against the backdrop of the hotel’s refined ambiance, characterised by elegant décor and festive floral arrangements, guests enjoyed a wonderful gastronomic experience featuring outstanding cuisine and an impressive array of wines. The welcome drinks, thoughtfully curated to enhance the event’s charm, were well-received by attendees. Live music, performed by a talented ensemble, seamlessly blended holiday tunes and smooth jazz, providing a sophisticated backdrop for networking. A notable highlight of the evening was the prize draw, a gracious gesture from our sponsors, which added an extra layer of appreciation and contributed to the creation of enduring memories. We extend our gratitude to all participants for their presence at this successful occasion, marking a festive celebration of collaboration and professional camaraderie.
