Up to EUR 40 million will be made available to energy-intensive industrial enterprises to cover electricity purchase costs.
A PLN 5.5 billion support scheme will be launched in August.
Under the scheme, enterprises can apply for two types of support – basic and enhanced – depending on the fulfilment of certain conditions.
They will have only 14 days to submit their e-application and funds will be disbursed in two rounds within two months of the call being launched in the form of a refund for the 1st and 2nd half of 2023 and, in the case of enhanced support, in the form of an advance for the whole of 2023.
