International law firm Clifford Chance advised the banks (Santander Bank Polska S.A. and Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A.) in connection with the financing granted to Polenergia S.A. in the form of a revolving credit facility of up to PLN 300 million. The credit facility will be allocated for purposes consistent with the Polenergia Group Strategy for the years 2020-2024.
