Aneta is a communications expert, with extensive, international experience. She was covering different sectors which present many professional challenges. She has been with Diageo for fourteen years, a global leader in the alcoholic beverages industry, the owner of brands such as Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, Baileys, Guinness. At Diageo, Aneta is responsible for the corporate relations agenda (including governmental affairs, corporate communications, PR, CSR and internal communications) covering Northern Europe region (Poland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland) and before that role – 55 countries with key markets mainly from continental Europe. Her professional experience included also the role of the Chairwoman of the Association of Employers Polish Spirits Industry.

Prior to Diageo, she worked at Polpharma, where her responsibilities included creating a department dealing with Brand PR. She began her professional career working as a communications specialist at a PR agency, where she cooperated with companies from many different sectors, including IT, financial, FMCG and pharmaceutical industries. Aneta is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Warsaw. She is fluent in English, Italian and Bulgarian and has a working command of German and Russian.

Dariusz Kucharski is currently the Country CEO of HSBC Poland. In this role, he leads wholesale banking business that provides investment and financial solutions to corporate, government and institutional clients. Dariusz has been with HSBC Poland since 2005 and has held a number of senior roles in risk management and internal audit.

Prior to joining HSBC, Dariusz worked in a range of treasury, audit and risk management roles at ING, Arthur Andersen and Raiffeisen Bank.

Dariusz holds a degree in Finance from University of Economics in Krakow and the qualification of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Michal is a member of the Communications & Advocacy Europe leadership team and is responsible for all government and political affairs, communications, social performance and regulatory advocacy activity of bp in Poland.

Michał joined the Polish operations of bp in April 2018. Prior to joining bp, Michał held several positions in corporate affairs, public policy and legal, including Liberty Global CEE operations, Clifford Chance, Dentons and the European Commission. Michał graduated in law and holds a Master Degree in Law from the Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznań. He also holds a Postgraduate Degree in European Advanced Studies from the College of Europe. He is a legal advisor admitted to practice in the EU.

He is passionate about traveling, learning foreign languages and new cultures.

Elżbieta Pełka is CEO of Elżbieta Pełka Creative Services, which she founded in 2001.

Entrepreneur, marketer, expert in 360° brand-management, Ela has over 25 years of experience in communication in Poland and the UK.

Ela established the Polish National Sales Awards (PNSA) in 2009 and is its CEO. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

She is an expert for THINKTANK – Centre for Dialogue and Analysis; a Superbrands awards expert consultant; a member of the jury of the Women in Sales Awards UK, and she also serves as chief adviser to the Institute of Agricultural and Food Biotechnology.

Ela promotes standards and ethics in sales and entrepreneurship. An active participant in several organisations conducting pro-social activities, including the PNSA Enterprise Academy foundation, she has been a board member of the BPCC since 2019.

Paweł Świętochowski has been working at Castorama for over 21 years, acting on different roles.
He is currently CSR manager and a President of Castorama Foundation. In his roles he is responsible also for managing communities and eco projects conducted in a company.

Agnieszka Kulikowska has been working for PageGroup for the last 15 years. She is a local Board Member at Michael Page, the permanent recruitment leader in most of Europe. She launched the international Page Executive brand in Poland in 2014 focusing on executive search for C-suite roles, local, regional and global management board levels and directors. Prior to working in Page she worked for ABN Amro Bank. She now concentrates on mandates within Global Business Services / SSCs, Financial Services, Professional Services, and roles within Technology, Finance, HR across all sectors. 

Agnieszka studied the English and Spanish Philology at the University of Warsaw, and speaks in these languages fluently. She leads the Global Diversity, Equity and & Inclusion Ambassadors Network in Page Executive and is active in building diversity on board and director levels for her clients. She is a Board Member of Campaign Against Homophobia, the largest NGO advocating for LGBT+ rights and inclusion in Poland.

Adam is a senior financial services executive with 30 years of experience in insurance, asset management and banking markets both in Poland and internationally. He successfully developed and led several companies. In the last 15 years he worked for Aviva, recently as CEO of the Polish business. Before that he was responsible for sales and marketing for Aviva’s European and Asian regions. Prior to joining Aviva he was CEO of Nationwide’s European business based in Luxembourg. He held numerous board positions in financial services companies in Poland, UK, France, Ireland, Turkey and Luxembourg. He also has experience in consulting and investment banking.

Adam has a degree in economics from Copenhagen University. He is also a chartered accountant.
