Annual General Meeting of the Chamber

The British Polish Chamber of Commerce is a Polish employers’ organisation (związek pracodawców), under the name Brytyjsko-Polska Izba Handlowa.

The Management Board has resolved that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Chamber will be held at Centrum Konferencyjne Zielna, ul. Zielna 37, at 16:30 on Wednesday 24 April.

Agenda:

1.    Registration and welcome
2.    Election of the Chairman of the Assembly and the Minutes Officer
3.    Presentation of the report on the Chamber’s activities in 2023
4.    Adoption of a resolution to consider and approve the Board’s report on the Chamber’s activities for 2023
5.    Adoption of a resolution to examine and approve the financial statement for the financial year ended 31 December 2023
6.    Adoption of a resolution on the financial result in the financial statements for 2023
7.    Adopting a vote of approval for the BPCC Management Board Members on the fulfilment of their duties for the year 2023
8.    Closing of the Meeting

Members can vote in person at the meeting or by submitting the enclosed Form of Power of Attorney. Completing the Form will not prevent a member from attending and voting at the meeting in person. To appoint a representative using this form, it must be completed, signed and sent to the Chamber’s office, ul. Zielna 37.00-108 Warsaw by 13:00 on Tuesday, 23 April 2024. The form may be signed electronically (with a qualified electronic signature) by persons representing the Member and sent to .
