The first Parcel Locker appeared in Krakow in 2009 and quickly became an essential part of online shopping, guaranteeing speed and convenience.

As of the end of Q1 2025, the InPost Group had over 83,000 out-of-home points, including more than 50,000 modern Parcel Lockers and over 33,000 PUDO points in 9 countries (United Kingdom, France, Poland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands). InPost also provides courier and fulfillment services for e-commerce sellers, collaborating with around 100,000 e-sellers. In 2024 alone, the company handled over a billion parcels, and in Q1 2025, the parcel volume amounted to 272 million (+12% year-on-year).

For years, one of InPost’s priorities has been environmental concern. InPost Group’s Decarbonisation Strategy is an integral complement to its business strategy. InPost has joined the SBTi initiative and is one of the first in the Polish market to achieve NET-ZERO by 2040.
