Leading international law firm Clifford Chance today announces the promotion of 37 lawyers to the partnership, including two in its Warsaw office. Adelina Prokop and Paweł Puacz will join the partnership on 1 May 2022.

Adelina Prokop works in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in Warsaw. She represents clients in investment treaty arbitration – advising foreign investors on remedies available under international law – and in commercial arbitration. She specialises in disputes in the financial and renewable energy sectors, and acts for financial investors, in accountants’ defence and in post-acquisition disputes. She joined the firm in 2010. Adelina is qualified as an advocate and registered with the Warsaw Bar Association.

Paweł Puacz works in the Corporate practice and is heading the Energy and Environment Group in the Warsaw office. He specialises in energy, environment and infrastructure. His main clients include a range of energy companies and investors. Paweł’s practice is focused on renewable energy, energy transition and climate change issues. This involves M&A in the energy sector, negotiation of energy contracts, regulatory advice and due diligence on energy and environmental projects. Paweł joined the firm in 2007 and is qualified to practice in Poland.
