Bartosz Chrostowski, an expert with almost 10 years of experience in commercial property, has joined real estate advisory firm Savills as a member of the landlord representation team of the office agency led by Daniel Czarnecki.
Bartosz Chrostowski, who has been appointed as Associate Director, brings to Savills a fresh insight and an in-depth understanding of the retail sector, expanding the retail capabilities of the firm’s office agency and property management team. Well-known for his interdisciplinary approach, Bartosz expertly combines his market expertise with inhabitants’ needs to create places that fit in with the urban fabric of cities.
Bartosz is a highly respected real estate adviser and the founder of a boutique agency Hyland Commercial Property Warsaw. During his professional career he has advised on more than PLN 300 million worth of transactions, contributing to the success of such concepts as Milk Bar and Sony Music Entertainment in Elektrownia Powiśle, the InFormalKitchen restaurant in Małachowski Square, and AB Micro in Platan Park II.
