Bartosz Chrostowski, who has been appointed as Associate Director, brings to Savills a fresh insight and an in-depth understanding of the retail sector, expanding the retail capabilities of the firm’s office agency and property management team. Well-known for his interdisciplinary approach, Bartosz expertly combines his market expertise with inhabitants’ needs to create places that fit in with the urban fabric of cities.

Bartosz is a highly respected real estate adviser and the founder of a boutique agency Hyland Commercial Property Warsaw. During his professional career he has advised on more than PLN 300 million worth of transactions, contributing to the success of such concepts as Milk Bar and Sony Music Entertainment in Elektrownia Powiśle, the InFormalKitchen restaurant in Małachowski Square, and AB Micro in Platan Park II.

I am delighted that such an experienced and market-leading professional is joining our team. His ability to manage the full transaction cycle: from acquisition through to leasing strategy development and disposal of an asset with an added value and secured leases will constitute a significant addition to the skills base of Savills office agency team. Equally important is that Bartosz has experience in representing domestic equity investors and that by drawing on his transactional expertise he has been able to make properties more attractive for both tenants’ employees and landlords,” says Daniel Czarnecki, Head of Office Agency, Landlord Representation, Savills.
