Marynarska Point 1, an office building situated in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, will soon be fully refurbished.

As part of the refurbishment works scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2022, the lift foyers on all the floors of the building will get a fresh makeover. The main reception lobby will also be fully redesigned. These changes will bring out its elegance and designer lamps will give a modern look to its interior. Additionally, the refurbished property will feature an attractive illuminated façade which will make it stand out against other office buildings in the area. Visualisations were prepared by an international design studio Arch.

“The planned changes will create a more comfortable work environment for both current and future tenants in Marynarska Point 1. The upgrade will give the building a new quality and an even more modern look. The refurbishment works will complement previously completed alterations that saw the introduction of sustainable and energy-efficient solutions in the building, which has received the BREEAM In-Use certificate with an Excellent rating,” says Agnieszka Węgrzyńska, Associate, Landlord Representation, Office Agency, Savills.
