Karol Grejbus, an expert with almost 15 years of commercial real estate experience, has joined the Tenant Representation team of Savills Office Agency in Poland, led by Jarosław Pilch.
Karol Grejbus has been appointed to the position of Associate Director to further develop the firm’s offer dedicated to office tenants in the Polish market as a complementary service to its business line dedicated to international corporate clients. He will be responsible for driving the expansion of Savills client portfolio and providing companies with a complete leasing service and assistance in response to today’s challenges of delivering offices for new work models.
Prior to joining Savills, Karol was Head of Tenant Representation at Knight Frank. In the course of his professional career, he has advised on more than 100,000 sq m of leases, representing such companies as InPost, X-Trade Brokers (XTB), ENEA S.A, Wonga, and Flint Group. Karol has his personal YouTube channel “Karol Grejbus – Biura wysokich lotów”, dedicated to showcasing unique office locations across Poland.
