Furniture store B&B Italia has signed up to join the tenants of Mokotowska Square, an office building located at 49 Mokotowska Street in Warsaw. The landlord was advised on the transaction by real estate advisory firm Savills, the sole leasing agent on the property.
Founded in 1966, B&B Italia is an Italian modern furniture company whose products are valued and sold worldwide. It leased a 500 sq m unit on the ground floor of the building with excellent visibility from Krucza Street.

Mokotowska Square is a class A office building offering 8,500 sq m of leasable office space and 1,100 sq m of retail space.
