Leading international law firm Clifford Chance announced the promotion of four new counsel in Warsaw.

The new Counsel are the following:

Kacper Bardan is a dual qualified lawyer (Polish qualified legal adviser and solicitor of England & Wales) with extensive experience in complex syndicated and leveraged financing transactions. Kacper advises lenders, borrowers and private equity investors. He focuses on leveraged acquisition financings and private debt financings. Kacper also advises on complex intercreditor arrangements, project finance, cross-border financings, margin lending, restructurings and derivatives.

Maciej Bocheński is an advocate advising in connection with finance transactions. Maciej focuses on real estate finance. His experience covers a variety of finance transactions including project finance, corporate finance and cross-border financings. His clients include leading lenders and institutional investors mainly in the real estate sector.

Michał Jadwisiak is an advocate focused on financing and refinancing of ventures of various kinds with a particular emphasis on project finance in the renewable energy sector. Michał also has broad experience advising on financial restructuring, including cross-border restructuring. In addition, he has advised clients on a number of bond and covered bond issuance programmes (including issues on foreign markets).

Karol Kulhawik is an advocate specializing in M&A, corporate and commercial work, with a particular focus on private equity transactions and the tech, FMCG, infrastructure and healthcare sectors. Karol has advised on a number of sell-side and buy-side transactions for private equity funds, strategic investors and founders. Karol has extensive experience in M&A transactions and implementing corporate governance structures from a wide variety of sectors.
