Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has appointed Aleksandra Rudzińska Counsel in Poland.
Aleksandra is a dual qualified lawyer (Polish qualified legal adviser and solicitor of England & Wales). She specialises in banking and capital markets law including, in particular, debt securities financing transactions. She advised on many bond, mortgage bond and other debt securities issuance programmes, including on prospectus issuances governed by Polish law and English law. She has worked on the pioneering transactions concerning the issuance of green bonds on the Polish market and EMTN issuance programmes.
