MNK Partners has appointed real estate advisory firm Savills as property manager for its newly acquired office building NC3.
NC3 is a modern office complex located at 14B Postępu Street in Warsaw. It has 6,500 sq m of leasable space and more than 200 parking places. The project was completed in 2015 by ECI SA. It enjoys easy access to Frederic Chopin Airport and a vast array of services in its immediate neighbourhood, including in the nearby Galeria Mokotów shopping centre.
