Mobica has decided to relocate to a new office comprising approximately 910 sq m in Preludium in Bydgoszcz. The tenant was advised on the transaction by Savills, which also provided technical advisory.

Mobica is a global software services company, headquartered in Manchester, UK, with offices across Europe and the US.

Preludium is an ideal place for our Bydgoszcz office. Our employees will be able to work in a conveniently and centrally located building overlooking the green riverside area of Bydgoszcz. We were convinced to start cooperation with ARD by its professional services and the prime location of the office building, which offers flexible space and a range of other workplace amenities,” says Michał Kaczmarek, Global Business Support and Real Estate Manager, Mobica.

Legal advice to Mobica was provided by law firm Piotr Bocianowski. Real estate advisory firm Savills, which previously advised the tenant on the relocation of its offices in Warsaw, Rzeszów, Szczecin and Poznań, assisted Mobica in the choice of location and negotiation of lease conditions, and delivered technical advisory.

We are delighted that once again we were able to represent Mobica in the selection and lease negotiation process. This shows that we are successful at what we do, which bodes well for our future cooperation,” says Piotr Skuza, Associate Director, Savills Poland.

Preludium offers office space suitable for tenants from various sectors, and its key strengths lie in its central location close to the green Brda riverside, high technical standard and efficient floorplates. Another notable feature is the planned green square between the buildings of our office complex,” says Arkadiusz Dróżdż, President of ARD.

Preludium is a modern office and service building in the centre of Bydgoszcz, located by the junction of the city’s key arteries: Jagiellońska Street and the University Route. Its immediate vicinity will feature green areas and an urban square that will provide a balance between the hectic city life and the need for peace and quiet to make the best use of available space.
