As of 1 May 2022, Marta Domino, head of the Warsaw Banking and Finance practice, joins the partnership of Linklaters Warsaw.
Marta joined Linklaters in 2003. She is a qualified lawyer specializing in advising on banking and financial law. She assists banks, investment funds and borrowers in domestic and international financing transactions. Her recent areas of focus have included work in the renewable energy sector, sustainable finance and ESG. Marta has many years of experience in credit syndication, securitization of receivables and bond issues. She has led the Banking and Finance practice at the Warsaw office of Linklaters since November 1, 2021.
