Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A. on its PLN 750 million mortgage covered bonds issuance.

The bonds mature on November 2, 2026 and represent the third issuance of PLN-denominated covered bonds under PKO Bank Hipoteczny’s €4 billion International Covered Bond Programme in 2023 on which White & Case has advised. Erste Group AG and PKO Bank Polski S.A. acted as joint bookrunners.

The bonds are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and will be listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

White & Case also advised on the previous update of the International Covered Bond Programme, which was approved by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier on June 14, 2023, and on a supplement to the prospectus approved on October 4, 2023, as well as on a number of earlier updates of the programme and issuances of covered bonds by PKO Bank Hipoteczny.
