Deka Immobilien, the owner of North Gate in Warsaw, has signed a major lease for more than 5,000 sq m of office space with a renewable energy company. The landlord was advised on the transaction by real estate advisory firm Savills.

The new office of a company featuring in the Top 50 list of the largest Polish enterprises will span three floors in North Gate. The tenant is planning to launch operations in its new office in the first half of 2024. The tenant was represented during the transaction by Beata Tabaka and Małgorzata Mazur from MAXON Nieruchomości.

Savills is the exclusive leasing agent for the office space in North Gate. The owner of the building was advised on the transaction by Monika Wakulska and Tomasz Stromidło from Savills.

North Gate is an almost 90-metre tall Class A office building in northern Warsaw. The 27-floor building offers approximately 48,000 sq m, of which 29,000 sq m is leasable office space. It also has a five-level car park with 310 parking spaces and end-of-trip cycling facilities, including lockers and shower facilities, on level -1. North Gate has been BREEAM In-Use certified with an Excellent rating.

North Gate enjoys easy access to transport infrastructure and public transport services with tram and bus stops, and Dworzec Gdański metro station nearby. Facilities in its immediate neighbourhood include the Romuald Traugutt Park, an Ibis hotel and numerous retail stores and services, including the Westfield Arkadia Shopping Centre. The owner of the property is Deka Immobilien.
