International law firm Clifford Chance advised PAD RES in connection with a financing agreement with the Polish Development Fund for a total amount of PLN 240 million. The funds raised will be used for the construction of two photovoltaic farms with a total capacity of 117 MW, which will be built in northern Poland – near the town of Sztum and the village of Mikołajki Pomorskie.
