Dentons has advised mBank on credit facilities in the total amount of PLN 65.7 million (equivalent to €15.7 million) extended to JV partners Afcon Renewable Energy and EuroEnergy for the financing of the photovoltaic park in the Boguszyn precinct of southwestern Poland.

The park consists of more than 36 thousand modules, 70 inverters and four transformer stations. It is projected to generate approximately 22GWh of clean energy per year, enough to meet the demand of close to 11,300 homes and save the equivalent of approximately 14.800 tons of CO2 annually.
