W new flexible office provider debuts in Łódź

Rise.pl, a provider of coworking spaces and serviced offices on flexible lease terms, is entering the Łódź market. It will take occupancy of 2,100 sq m in Stara Drukarnia office building, a freshly refurbished post-industrial property. Savills advised on the transaction.

Kwadraciak in Poznań is now fully let

Wielkopolskie Biuro Planowania Przestrzennego (Poznań Planning Office - WBPP) has leased 720 sq m of office space in Kwadraciak, an office building neighbouring Poznań’s landmark Okrąglak. The landlord was represented in the lease transaction by real estate advisory firm Savills while the tenant was advised by Cushman & Wakefield.

CMS advises Green Genius on a photovoltaic project in Poland

CMS has advised Green Genius, one of the leading developers in the renewable energy sector, on the sale of 41 solar power plants to Aberdeen Standard Investments, a global asset manager. The sale of the solar power plants portfolio, with a total capacity of 40.4 megawatts (MW), is another photovoltaic transaction in Poland supported by CMS.

Specialist resin floors in the car park of Serce Zajezdni Wrzeszcz residential development in Gdańsk

Serce Zajezdni Wrzeszcz is a residential project located at ul. Grudziądzka 8 in Gdańsk, developed by PPUH ARPI Sp. z o.o. The building, which was completed this spring, offers 42 apartments. In the underground car park of the facility high-quality, specialist Deckshield resin floors, made of materials and technology produced and supplied by Flowcrete Polska, an expert on resin floors, were applied.
