Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Hillwood, a leading developer of production and warehouse space, on the financing of the construction of a warehouse park in Dobrzykowice near Wrocław, in a total amount of over EUR 28.4 million, provided by mBank SA.

Hillwood & LCube Wrocław East is a warehouse complex located directly next to the eastern ring road of Wrocław, just 15 km from the city centre. The project comprises almost 60,000 m² of modern A-class warehouse space. Convenient access to the A4 motorway, the S8 expressway, and proximity to Poland’s south-western border, guarantees excellent access to Western European markets. Hillwood’s projects consistently incorporate a variety of sustainable solutions. The project will be BREEAM-certified at the Excellent level and there will be a photovoltaic installation on the site.
