Real estate advisory firm Savills continues to expand its Industrial Services Hub to deliver comprehensive advice to warehouse tenants, developers and landlords, with three more experts joining its Polish office.
Małgorzata Papaj has been appointed as Associate Director in the Industrial Agency. Małgorzata is an experienced expert specialising in advising tenants on how to choose the most optimal properties for their supply chains. During her professional career she has advised on both leases and acquisitions in the warehouse sector. She has worked in commercial real estate for close to 14 years. Małgorzata graduated in law from Warsaw University and completed post-graduate studies in real estate agency. At Savills, she will be responsible for the Warsaw region and the Kuyavia-Pomerania province.
Wiktor Lesiak has started in his role as a Consultant in the Industrial Agency. Prior to joining Savills, he worked as an analyst at Colliers before moving on to become a consultant at CBRE with responsibility for the Warsaw region. Wiktor has advised on more than 150,000 sq m of leases. He specialises in working with e-commerce, logistics and data centre operators.
Anna Gołkowska-Podolak has joined the Industrial Agency as a Junior Consultant. At Savills, she will draw on her experience in client service and negotiations she gained at Samsung Electronics Polska and in working with logistics companies. She graduated in philosophy from Warsaw University and is proficient in English, Italian and Russian.
