International law firm Clifford Chance advised Vitol, the world’s largest independent trader of energy, on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Vortex Energy, one of the pioneers of the RES sector in Poland, from VH Invest. This is Vitol’s first major investment in renewable power in Europe.
