Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Eko-Okna S.A., one of Europe’s largest manufacturers of energy-efficient windows and doors, on a significant financing provided by a consortium of seven banks.
The funds raised via the financing, the value of which has not been disclosed, will be used to finance the construction of four new production facilities and refinance existing debt, enabling Eko-Okna to expand production and strengthen its competitive position in European markets.
The consortium of banks and other financial institutions that provided financing to Eko-Okna included PKO Bank Polski S.A., Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, Bank Pekao S.A., ING Bank Śląski S.A., which also acted as Credit Agent and Collateral Agent, BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., the EBRD and Santander Bank Polska S.A.
