Apollo-Rida, the owner and property manager of the Equal Business Park in Krakow, has signed a lease for nearly 1,000 sq m of office space with global biopharmaceutical company AstraZeneca Pharma Poland. The landlord was advised during the transaction process by real estate advisory firm Savills, the sole leasing agent for office space in the complex.
AstraZeneca is a leading global, innovative biopharmaceutical company that delivers modern medicines for some of the world’s most serious diseases. In Poland it has been present for over 30 years and has 3,000-plus employees.
The new tenant of the Equal Business Park has decided to relocate to a modern office that is aligned with AstraZeneca’s sustainable developments goals (SDG) of its global ESG strategy. The building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate with an Excellent rating for its eco-friendly solutions, including renewable energy supply, comprehensive cycling facilities, electrical vehicle charging stations, and energy-efficient lifts and lighting.
