Apollo-Rida Poland, the owner and manager of Jerozolimskie Business Park, signed leases with six new tenants in the last quarter of 2023. Real estate advisory firm Savills is the exclusive leasing agent for the office space in the complex.
The companies listed below signed up to join the tenants of Jerozolimskie Business Park, located at Al. Jerozolimskie 146 in Warsaw.
SGS Polska is a testing, inspection and certification company offering services to manufacturing, energy, pharmaceutical and mining industries, as well as public institutions.
Veolia Water Technologies is a supplier of technological solutions for water and wastewater treatment to industrial plants and municipal water and sewage companies.
HelpHero is a legal intermediary expert providing professional assistance in claiming bank commission reimbursement, cancellation of Swiss franc denominated loans and free loan sanctions.
Oregon Polska operates in the customs services sector. It provides a ready-to-use customs transit solution with a free online web-based app NCTS Oregon and a comprehensive warranty covering all customs and tax liabilities.
Eurex Expertise provides accounting advisory services, including VAT clearance and completing annual tax returns.
Vinci Environnement Central Europe, a daughter company of French-based Vinci Construction Grands Project (Vinci Group), specialises in thermal, mechanical and biological waste treatment. It designs and builds Waste to Energy plants, providing its services to both public and private entities.
