In 2023, real estate advisory firm Savills represented TFG Asset Management, the owner of the Stratos Office Center in Warsaw, in lease transactions for over 4,650 sq m in the building.
The Stratos Office Center has signed up three new tenants from the investment sector who leased offices with a combined area of over 2,300 sq m. In addition, another diplomatic mission moved into the building, taking more than 950 sq m.
CRH Materials Polska, the central office of a leading building materials group in Poland, part of the global CRH Group, decided to renew its lease of over 750 sq m of office space for another six years. Savills represented both the landlord and the tenant during the transaction process.

Other new tenants moving into the Stratos Office Center include a manager and manufacturer of packaging for the food industry who took just under 350 sq m and a company from the RES sector focusing on building photovoltaic farms – it leased nearly 300 sq m of office space.
