The British Polish Chamber of Commerce, together with members Wunderman Thompson, Déhora Polska, Kinnarps, Lux Med, and PCS Legal, held an inspirational HR conference, When Change is the Only Certainty, the Employee Becomes Paramount. The event, for industry professionals, delved into critical themes surrounding the dynamic nature of modern business. Discussions encompassed the evolution of EU Directives and employment conditions led by experts from PCS Legal. The role of holistic ergonomics was covered by Kinnarps, the latest medical solutions for business wellbeing presented by Lux Med, the importance of flexible working time planning was discussed by Déhora Polska, and strategies to encourage office work in a hybrid environment was presented by Wunderman Thompson. Overall, the conference centred around exploring innovative HR strategies and prioritising employee wellbeing in an ever-changing work landscape.
