BPCC’s Real Estate & Construction Working Group Breakfast Meeting – Q1 2025

We are pleased to invite you to the upcoming BPCC Real Estate & Construction working group meeting for Q1, which will be held on Tuesday, 4 March 2025, 9:30 – 12:00, at the offices of DZP (Domański Zakrzewski Palinka), Rondo ONZ 1, 22nd floor, Warsaw.

The session will begin with brief introductions from participating companies, followed by discussions on key market trends, including workforce availability, budget constraints, and planned investments for 2025. Participants will also explore collaboration between architects, contractors, and suppliers of building materials, incorporating a legal perspective on contractual matters. Additionally, the meeting will address insurance and project financing (such as covering financing conditions, tailored approaches to different projects, ESG considerations, and legal aspects).

We welcome architects, contractors, developers, building-material suppliers, financiers, investors, insurers, and real estate advisors to take part in this open discussion and share insights on market developments.

The meeting will be held under the Chatham House Rule to encourage candid dialogue. As always, there will be time for networking after the roundtable session.

The meeting will be conducted in Polish.
