Yesterday, the annual Wrocław Agglomeration Commercial Real Estate Forum, organised by the British Polish Chamber of Commerce (BPCC), took place to review 2024 and discuss forecasts for 2025. Wrocław continues to develop its office and warehouse real estate markets, with sustainable construction becoming increasingly crucial in response to climate change and tenant expectations. Demand is also rising rapidly for eco-friendly and energy-efficient solutions, which enhance building value and resilience against extreme weather.
Magdalena Okulowska (Wroclaw Agglomeration Development Agency – ARAW) shared insights into what attracts investors and strengthens our region’s competitiveness, while Maciej Moralewicz (Knight Frank Poland) discussed global office space trends on the Polish market. Paweł Boczar (CBRE Poland) presented data on supply and demand for 2024 as well as forecasts for 2025. Echo Investment S.A. showcased its latest project, Swobodna Spot, set for completion next year and expected to be one of the last new office spaces in Wrocław before the “dry” year of 2026.
Panel discussions, moderated by Paweł Boczar and Anna Patrzyk-Sperzyńska (Knight Frank), focused on the future of office and warehouse spaces, emphasising climate-resilient solutions and sustainable building practices, solidifying Wrocław’s role as a leader in green investments. A heartfelt thank you to the moderators and panelists for an incredibly insightful and engaging discussion: Mateusz Jarzombek (ARAW), Lukasz Olbromski (Arup), Katarzyna Kubicka, CCIM (Echo Investment), Justyna Hubiak (Legnica Special Economic Zone), Damian Kowalczyk (Panattoni), and Marek Stasieńko (Skanska).
