- Intimate, cascading buildings integrated into the green surroundings
- Modern design – an attractive combination of white, graphite, steel and glass
- Use of high-quality Dryvit ETICS systems and façade materials
Warsaw, 19 September 2024 – The Wola Gabriela apartment project, built by Sokratesa Development at ul. Kacpra Karlińskiego 4 in Warsaw, in Nowa Wola (Odolany), is distinguished by its attractive architecture. Designers from the MKC studio proposed an original, cascading form and a façade with a modern look. In the recently completed second stage of the investment, a high-quality External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS) and façade materials from Dryvit, a leading expert in these technologies, were applied.
The prestigious Wola Gabriela apartment project is located in a quiet, green area, close to the centre of Warsaw. The investment comprises two stages. In the first stage – 130 apartments and in the second – 90 apartments of various sizes and functional layouts were developed. The low, cascading form of the buildings allowed for obtaining bright apartments with extensive terraces and optimally utilising natural daylight. The façade gave the project a modern look. To achieve the intended architectural effect, in the new part of the investment, high-quality thermal insulation systems and façade materials from Dryvit, in shades of contrasting white and graphite combined with steel and glass, were applied.
The Drysulation Pro external wall thermal insulation system, made in the second stage of the Wola Gabriela project, is based on polystyrene and has increased resistance to impacts and adverse effects of external conditions, such as wind suction or thermal expansion. This solution has high vapour permeability – at a level almost 3 times more advantageous than standard requirements. The choice of this system by the investor also allowed for obtaining varied aesthetic effects.
Most of the façade is made of Drytex mineral plaster painted with Silstar white elevation paint. An attractive combination forms the contrasting combination of light surfaces, dark fields, and a granite effect. This was achieved by applying Ameristone T decorative plaster in three carefully selected shades of grey, created especially for this investment. The use of Ameristone T gives an attractive architectural effect, and at the same time, the material is exceptionally durable and resistant to dirt, including biological corrosion. It is based on an acrylic binder and contains multi-coloured quartz aggregate and mica flakes, which add a subtle play of light to the façade.
„Wola Gabriela is an example of high-quality architecture – with a unique form, carefully designed common spaces and façade. While developing this investment project, cooperation with proven partners was crucial, hence the choice of the MKC architectural firm and Unibep as the general contractor. Also when choosing building materials, such as external thermal insulation composite systems, we paid attention to the visual aspect, functionality, and durability resulting from high strength parameters,” – said Dawid Hanna, Marketing and Sales Manager in Sokratesa Development Sp. z o.o., developer of Wola Gabriela investment project.
All apartments in the second stage of the Wola Gabriela investment project have already been sold.
