Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Erste Group Bank AG, as global coordinator and joint bookrunner, and BNP Paribas, J.P. Morgan SE, Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. and UniCredit Bank GmbH, as joint bookrunners, on the issuance of series 3 €500 million 4.500% senior non-preferred notes due 2029 by PKO Bank Polski S.A.

The notes issuance was carried out under PKO Bank Polski’s €4 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme, which was updated in March 2024.

The notes are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and will be listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

It is the third issuance under PKO Bank Polski’s €4 billion EMTN Programme on which White & Case has advised the joint bookrunners.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction included partners Marcin Studniarek (Warsaw) and Neha Saran (London), local partner Bartosz Smardzewski (Warsaw) and associate Michał Truszczyński (Warsaw).
