Global law firm White & Case has advised Columbus Energy S.A. on the admission and listing of all the company’s shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange main market and transfer of the shares from the NewConnect alternative market, which the company has been listed on since 2011.
Columbus Energy is a renewable energy company that specializes in the development, installation and maintenance of photovoltaic micro-installations in Poland.
White & Case’s role included advising on the preparation of the prospectus for the admission of the company’s shares on the regulated market, which was approved on March 14, 2023 by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
