Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Develia S.A. in connection with financing of up to PLN 129 million provided by mBank S.A. for the purposes of refinancing of Arkady Wrocławskie S.A.’s debt and pre-financing of the sale price of properties owned by Develia S.A. and Arkady Wrocławskie S.A. (a subsidiary of Develia S.A.)
This was yet another financing on which White & Case has advised Develia S.A. within the last year.
Develia S.A. is one of the largest real estate companies in Poland. It specializes in real estate development, implementing complex residential, office and commercial projects.
