Kochański & Partners supports deregulation of tax law
Agata Dziwisz-Moshe, Partner at Kochański & Partners emphasises the need for tax legislation to be business-friendly and lists the following key proposals for deregulation:

- Standardisation of the rules for the calculation of interest in different types of proceedings
- Greater flexibility for taxpayers correcting errors
- Predictability of the entry into force of tax regulations
- Establishment of a partnership relationship between the administration and entrepreneurs
- Increased confidence in the tax system
The Kochański & Partners team, in cooperation with the Warsaw Enterprise Institute and Rafał Brzoska’s SprawdzaMY initiative, has been working hard to identify the most pressing problems and areas.
Above all, those where regulations are not so much a hindrance to business as a violation of fundamental principles of social justice and constitutional equality.
