Kochański & Partners: European Litigation Team of the Year
Kochański & Partners has the best litigation team in Europe, recently recognised by the prestigious “The Lawyer” Awards for its defence of the media and freedom of expression.
The award went to a team comprising Piotr Kochański, Mateusz Ostrowski, Witold Zbigniew Głuchowski, Olga Senator, Bartłomiej Galos, Katarzyna Pastuszyńska and Katarzyna Jęcka.
This recognition is the result of many years of cooperation with Ringier Axel Springer Polska in the service of free public debate and the preservation of a strong European democracy.
Kochański & Partners recognised by Chambers Fintech
The Technology Practice at Kochański & Partners has once again been named in the prestigious but challenging Chambers FinTech Guide 2025, which each year recognises only 2% of the world’s top law firms and lawyers.

The jury also noted their masterful execution of projects in bringing financial institutions into compliance with the digital resilience regulation (DORA), helping clients implement new payment services, and achieving compliance with the requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
