Tremco CPG Poland is part of Tremco CPG Europe, the European division of stock-listed RPM International. As a group, Tremco CPG Europe employs 1,400 people and is an umbrella for several leading construction product brands, including Illbruck, Flowcrete, Nullifire, Tremco, Vandex, Dryvit, and Nudura.

As part of Tremco CPG Europe, we manufacture and supply high-quality materials that protect the six sides of the building envelope, meaning the exterior surfaces that create a barrier between the indoors and outdoors, including the roof, foundation, and exterior walls. Our construction products encompass a wide range of solutions, including sealing and bonding, insulation, flooring, fire protection, waterproofing, and roofing. In effect, we can discuss many aspects of a ‘green’ building with architects, and we have a long track record of providing expert technical support and guidance to specifiers and contractors.

Being part of a group enables us to develop innovative solutions at a group level. As our customers are increasingly seeking sustainable products and practices, we are taking steps to adjust and amend the products and services we offer. This includes using recycled packaging to reduce plastic usage and increasing the use of metal packaging, which is easier to recycle, as well as introducing new environmentally friendly products and systems developed by our R&D departments. We are also removing solvents from various production processes.

Recent examples of new products available to the construction industry in Poland and in Europe include Flowcrete LE (low-emission) epoxy resin flooring and AlphaGuard PUMA roofing systems.

In the resin flooring area, to address sustainable development challenges, we have introduced a full range of solvent-free epoxy resin floors under the Flowcrete brand, with low volatile organic compounds emissions. These chemicals, abbreviated as VOCs, measurably impact indoor air quality and, consequently, the health and well-being of users.

The new Flowcrete LE floors are designed for a range of applications, including universal, industrial, and decorative uses. These low-emission versions of well-known, proven flooring solutions include painted coatings (such as Flowcoat SF41 LE), self-levelling (such as Peran SL LE), and epoxy-quartz systems (such as Peran STB Public), and stone carpets (such as Rustik LE). They have similar strength parameters to their standard versions based on traditional technologies, while significantly improving colour durability when exposed to ultraviolet rays. For this reason, these floorings are recommended for rooms with large windows, such as representative halls or atriums in office buildings, shopping centres, and other public facilities.

The low emission of volatile organic compounds in the epoxy resin floors from the Flowcrete LE range has been confirmed by the Indoor Air Comfort® Gold certificate, granted by the Eurofins organisation based on regular tests of materials in laboratories and audits at the production facilities. This means that floors from Flowcrete LE range meet the stringent air quality requirements applicable in modern construction, both in Europe and around the world, including emission limits indicated in environmental certification systems such as LEED, BREEAM New Construction, WELL, etc., as well as in the EU Taxonomy.

The Indoor Air Comfort® Gold certificate has also been granted by Eurofins, among others, to our Deckshield ID car park floors and antimicrobial flooring systems of the Flowfresh range, which have been available and proven on the Polish market for over 20 years. It is worth stressing that currently, under the Flowcrete brand, we offer a wide range of resin floors, which meet stringent air quality requirements, and include coatings for all major applications – for car parks, universal, decorative, and also industrial systems.

In the roofing category at Tremco CPG Europe, we offer solutions that enable fast renovations in line with the sustainable principle of renovating and reusing rather than building anew. Our AlphaGuard systems can waterproof existing flat roof build-ups and structural roof decks. They can be used as a complete build-up system for roof replacement or new construction projects and are suitable for various public and private sectors, including housing, education, healthcare, government buildings and commerce. One of their main benefits is fast catalyst activation, as they cure in minutes, ensuring exceptional application times, even in cold climates.

When applied in light colours with high LRI (Light Reflectance Index) values, these roofing systems reflect sunlight, enabling huge savings on cooling costs in summer and indirectly contributing to a building’s lower carbon footprint. They are also a green roof and roof garden accredited with the inclusion of a root barrier.

As a group operating internationally, Tremco CPG Europe completes a thorough assessment of its business sustainability record regularly through EcoVadis. In the latest rating from February 2025, our group has earned a silver medal and scored 68%, placing us in the top 15% of all companies that manufacture chemical products globally. The rating reflects the quality of Tremco CPG’s sustainability management system. It underscores our commitment to transparency across the entire value chain, while for Environment and Ethics, our company ranks among the top 3%–4% of companies in its industry.
