During the 20th “Builder Awards” Gala, which took place on March 16, 2023 at the Olympic Center of the Polish Olympic Committee in Warsaw, the Editorial Board and the Scientific Council of the “Builder” monthly granted awards for the previous year. Tremco CPG Poland received the “Construction Company of the Year 2022” award in the category Manufacturer/supplier of building materials – Construction chemicals, and the Managing Director of the company, Barbara Radziwon, received a special “Personality of the Industry 2022” award.
Tremco CPG Poland has been operating in the Polish market since 1994, for almost 20 years under the name Flowcrete Poland. For almost three decades the company has built a strong position in the market as a manufacturer of durable flooring systems for industry, waterproof and flexible parking floors, and also decorative floors. Since 2019, the company has significantly expanded the scope of its activities and now forms the Polish office of CPG Europe – a group combining leading brands of construction products in Europe, such as illbruck, Flowcrete, Nullifire, Tremco, Vandex, Dryvit and Nudura.
The title of “Construction Company of the Year” is awarded by the Editorial Board and the Scientific Council of the “Builder” monthly to companies from the construction industry for 20 years in recognition of their development and position on the market. In the justification for the “Construction Company of the Year 2022” award for Tremco CPG Poland, the editors emphasized that this is “a confirmation of the strength, position, and stability of the company against the background of the entire construction industry and its achievements in the challenging year 2022”.
The special distinction “Personality of the Industry 2022” awarded to Barbara Radziwon, who, as the Managing Director of CPG Eastern Europe, heads Tremco CPG Poland and is responsible for the group’s operations throughout Central and Eastern Europe, is a recognition of her “personal successes in managing the company in an extremely competitive and demanding market, as well as the effectiveness of the implemented business strategy”.

Our manufacturing and distribution center in Warsaw is currently the main plant producing Flowcrete resin floors in Europe. Since 2021, we have increased the production volume of epoxy and polyurethane resins by 300%. We have built a strong position of the Flowcrete brand on the market and therefore we have been entrusted with the management of all CPG Europe brands in the region. Currently, thanks to a wide range of materials and technologies for construction as well as technical support, we are able to comprehensively service the largest investments in Poland and Europe,” – said Barbara Radziwon, Managing Director CPG Eastern Europe.
