Warsaw, 20 December 2024 – Tremco CPG (Construction Products Group), a group of leading brands in the construction chemicals segment for professional contractors, such as illbruck, Flowcrete, Nullifire, Tremco, Vandex, Dryvit and Nudura, is strengthening cooperation in Poland. In January 2025, Tremco CPG Poland and tremco illbruck companies will be formally merged. This is the next stage of building the group, aimed at strengthening its market position by offering comprehensive services and using the synergy effect.
Tremco CPG is the European division of RPM International Inc., one of the world’s leading companies offering construction products for professional and individual customers. The group, established in 2019, provides high-quality solutions for six main parts of the building – from the bottom slab and foundations, through the intermediate slabs, external walls and façade, to the roof, including waterproofing, resin floors, External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems, materials and technologies for sealing, bonding and insulating windows, doors and façade, passive fire protection and Insulated Concrete Forms, as well as services, support and technical advice.
The integration of Tremco CPG in Poland is being carried out in stages. Since 2019, teams of individual brands have been cooperating. In 2020, Flowcrete Poland changed its name to Tremco CPG Poland, forming the group’s Polish office, and Barbara Radziwon, the head of the company, took up the position of Managing Director of Tremco CPG Eastern Europe, being responsible for all product brands in the Central and Eastern Europe. The next step is the merger of Tremco CPG Poland Sp. z o. o. and tremco illbruck Sp. z o. o., which will take place at the beginning of January 2025.

After the merger, Tremco CPG Poland Sp. z o. o. will have over 150 employees and run two plants in Poland – a production, logistics and distribution centre for Flowcrete resin floors in Warsaw and the illbruck facility in Legnica. The management office of Tremco CPG Poland is located in Warsaw, the company also has a sales office in Kraków.
