Poznań, 15 October 2024 – Monday Development, part of the Unidevelopment Group, has recently completed the third stage of the Fama Jeżyce housing investment, which is being built in one of the most charming districts of Poznań. The estate was built by the General Contractor – Unibep S.A. according to the design of the HRA Architekci office. Its latest stage is distinguished by its beautiful façades. In each of the two buildings that make up the development block, individual solutions referring to the history and climate of the area were used, and the high standard of finishing was achieved, among others, thanks to the use of complex thermal insulation systems for external walls and façade materials from Dryvit, a leading expert in these technologies.

Fama Jeżyce is one of the largest investments being built in the centre of the Poznań district of Jeżyce, on an area of almost 8 ha, where the “Wiepofama” plant – a leading manufacturer of machine tools in Wielkopolska – previously operated. The advantage of the estate is its attractive location, providing access to a wide range of gastronomic and cultural venues, the peace and quiet of nearby parks and convenient access to the city centre.

Designed by HRA Architekci, the investment is characterized by a high standard of finish, including well-thought-out, functional layouts, interiors with optimally utilising the natural light and careful selection of materials. Each stage of the estate creates a separate block of development and is distinguished by individual façade solutions consistent with the character of the district, including rounded corners of buildings referring to the interwar period.

The latest, stage III of the Fama Jeżyce estate, includes two seven-storey buildings, offering a total of 369 comfortable and functional apartments and 12 service premises, with parking spaces in the underground garage. Both buildings, the larger and the smaller one, are already completed, and their façades, made using, among others, ETICS systems and Dryvit façade materials, look great.

In the larger building, Drysulation Pro complex external wall thermal insulation system was used, and in the top layer – Drytex mineral plaster, painted white and Hybrid mass-dyed plaster in black. Thanks to the use of high-quality Stratatone pigments, the dark and vivid colour of this plaster remains intense under UV exposure.

The base strip was finished with decorative Ameristone plaster in a dark, graphite colour. This acrylic plaster with quartz aggregate gives the effect of natural stone, and is also very resistant to mechanical damage. The creation of the façade also assumed the use of clinker brick cladding in various colours, with a matt finish.

The smaller building is an example of a more intimate development. The façade solutions used in it refer to the larger building and the industrial history of the place. Here, also the ETICS system from the Dryvit brand – Drysulation Pro was used. In the strip on the ground floor, the finishing layer is a decorative plaster in a dark colour, which perfectly matches the clinker brick in warm, light shades of brown, which allowed for the achievement of the atmospheric effect of loft architecture.

We are proud of how the buildings constructed as part of the third stage of the Fama Jeżyce investment look. Their attractive appearance makes us even more happy to hand over the keys to the apartments to our clients and attracts more people who want to live here. The final effect is a result of a combination of a carefully crafted design, the use of high-quality materials and technology, and careful workmanship. It is worth remembering that, apart from aesthetics, the applied thermal insulation system of external walls also has a number of practical advantages. First of all, it has a positive effect on energy efficiency, thermal comfort in the building, both in winter and summer, which translates into the costs of the building maintenance,” – said Michał Idziakowski, Fama Jeżyce Project Director.

The third stage of the Fama Jeżyce investment is an example of new development referring to the history of the place, designed and implemented with attention to the highest quality of the adopted solutions.
