Taylor Wessing provided legal support to MLP Group S.A. on a EUR 300 million Green Bond offering to qualified investors under the laws of the State of New York in accordance with Reg S of the US Securities Act. Taylor Wessing was responsible for advising on the Polish law aspects of the offering.
The Bonds are listed on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and have been admitted to trading on the Euro MTF Alternative Trading System of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Banco Santander S.A. and Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG acted as Global Coordinators and Bookrunners.
