Taylor Wessing represented PKO Bank Polski in connection with the execution of a bilateral investment loan agreement with WINDPOWER GAMÓW Sp. z o.o., a company from the TAURON Group, for the amount of PLN 210 million, granted to refinance expenditures incurred for the construction of an onshore wind farm located in the Silesian Voivodeship.

Our team comprised Counsel Antoni Goraj, leading the transactional works, Counsel Jan Adamus, Associate Maria Gałęzowska, Associate Hubert Witkowski, with Partner Zbigniew Korba providing strategic oversight in the project.

WINDPOWER GAMÓW is the second project between PKO Bank Polski and the TAURON Group in which Taylor Wessing has had the honour to assist.

PKO Bank Polski is the largest universal bank in Poland and a leader in the Polish banking sector, offering a full range of financial services to individual customers, companies and institutions, both in traditional branches and through modern mobile applications (iKO and iPKO).
