Taylor Wessing provided comprehensive legal advice to PKO Bank Polski S.A. on the financing provided to Panattoni for the development of Panattoni Park Zgierz, a modern class A logistics centre with a total planned area of approximately 160,000 sqm. The value of the financing for the first phase amounted to EUR 23.3 million.

The transaction was led by Counsel Antoni Goraj supported by Senior Associate Paweł Skura and Associate Maria Gałęzowska. Real estate matters were handled by Counsel Jan Adamus. Strategic oversight was provided by Partner Zbigniew Korba.

Thanks to its location in central Poland near the main transport routes, Panattoni Park Zgierz is important for logistics and domestic and international distribution.
