The Warsaw team of Taylor Wessing provided comprehensive legal advice to BioMaxima S.A. in connection with the transfer of the company’s listing from NewConnect to the main trading floor of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. It was the first debut on the WSE’s main market in 2022.
Taylor Wessing’s advice included drafting the legal part and coordinating all work on the prospectus, as well as legal advice related to the admission and introduction of the shares to trading on the WSE’s main market.
The project was led by partner Jakub Pitera, Ph.D., supported by Patrycja Sojka (Associate). It supplies products to over 2,000 laboratories in Poland and exports them to over 60 markets worldwide. It has been present on the NewConnect market since 2010.
