Adam Majchrzak, an experienced logistics expert, has joined real estate advisory firm Savills as a director in its Industrial Agency.

The new expert at Savills will be responsible for the development of the firm’s Industrial Services Hub, a comprehensive service platform for tenants, investors and developers, led by Katarzyna Pyś-Fabiańczyk and John Palmer. His key responsibilities will include client acquisition, warehouse and industrial lease advisory and selection of appropriate properties for supply chain optimisation. In performing his duties, Adam will draw on his over 25 years of operational and sales experience with leading logistics companies.

Prior to joining Savills, Adam was responsible for business development at DHL Supply Chain, the world leader in contract logistics. Previously, he spent almost eight years at Raben Logistics Polska, a major player on the Polish logistics market, with responsibility for the acquisition of strategic logistics and transport projects. During his professional career he also worked for Wincanton Polska, Rhenus and PEKAES, and as a representative of Raben Management Services he helped create the professional logistics services market in Ukraine and the Baltic states. He graduated from the Faculty of Transport at the Warsaw University of Technology.
