International real estate advisory firm Savills has opened an office in Tricity led by Piotr Skuza.
“We have been keeping an eye on the business potential of Tricity for quite some time and our expansion into this market marks a natural step in the growth of Savills in Poland. We want our office in Gdansk to be a gateway to northern Poland that will help us to even better serve our clients in this region,” says Tomasz Buras, CEO, Savills Poland.
Savills Gdansk office will deliver advisory services to tenants, investors and landlords of office, retail, industrial and warehouse properties, and the PRS sector. Savills experts will provide assistance in office and warehouse lease transactions, property and land acquisition, as well as technical advisory and property management.
Savills office in Tricity will be led by Piotr Skuza, an experienced specialist in regional office markets who has worked for Savills for over 10 years. It will be located in the Argon building of the Alchemia complex, ul. Grunwaldzka 415, in Gdansk. Savills will be using flexible office space provided by Chillispaces.com.
One of Savills business partners in Tricity is Invest in Pomerania, a regional non-profit initiative which supports overseas investors in conducting business activity in Pomerania.

The opening of the Savills office has coincided with Savills4others charitable collection of funds for bicycles for children in Dom nad Potokiem, a care and education centre in Gdansk.
