Since January this year. Maja Mandela heads TMF’s Regional Delivery Centre in Katowice. She is responsible for the smooth functioning and quality assurance of customer service. This is another promotion of a Pole within TMF Group’s structures. In the last quarter of last year, she also became head of service quality in the Central and Eastern European region. In both positions combined, she manages a team of more than 1,200 people.

For the CEE region covering 6 countries (Poland, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Kazakhstan and Russia), Maja Mandela is responsible for the delivery of services to clients and continuous quality improvement, as well as the optimization of client service processes and related costs across the region.

Maja Mandela has been with TMF Group since August 2021.

Previously, the Polish manager’s main task was to manage the quality of accounting and tax services delivered to clients, as well as to develop TMF’s business and optimise client service processes in this area. She was also responsible for managing a team of approximately 300 people in six countries in Central and Eastern Europe.

From 2003 to 2020, Maja Mandela was with the consulting firm EY, where, as a partner in the Audit and Advisory team for Financial Institutions, she was responsible for working mainly with insurers, asset managers and banks in the area of audit and advisory on financial and accounting processes, implementation of new regulations, as well as transactional advisory.

She holds a degree in economics with a specialisation in Quantitative Methods and Information Systems from the Warsaw School of Economics. She holds the title of Certified Public Accountant of the Polish Chamber of Certified Public Accountants (CPA).
