Media partner A Revolution in Employment Law in Poland 2022

We are delighted to invite you to attend our webinar where we will discuss the upcoming numerous changes to employment law. With Parliament now sitting in September, the new law could be passed any day.

Once the law is enacted, employers will have to quickly adjust to the new rules. Expected changes include the Polish implementation of the EU work-life-balance and transparent and predictable working conditions directives, and the introduction of new sobriety testing and remote work provisions. It is also expected that employers will no longer be permitted to terminate fixed-term contracts for convenience.

Who is the webinar for?

Anyone who works in HR, including: members of HR, Comp&Ben, legal or compliance departments; and managers. In particular, we invite stakeholders located outside of Poland.

The event will be held in English, and aims to provide non-Polish stakeholders with all the information (action points list) needed to implement (together with their Polish teams) the new rules.

This event is not intended for representatives of other law firms or consultancy companies. We appreciate your understanding.
