Mateusz is an expert in corporate relations and public policy with over a decade of experience at the intersection of business, government, and international affairs. He currently serves as Head of Corporate Relations at Diageo in Poland, where he leads public affairs strategy and regulatory engagement.

Previously, he oversaw public policy programmes for Central and Eastern Europe at Meta and held advisory roles at the Ministry of Economy and the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. He also led the Transatlantic Programme at the Kulski Foundation, supporting expert cooperation in Euro-Atlantic relations.

A graduate of Keele University and the University of Dundee, he brings a strong British-Polish and international perspective, along with extensive experience in fostering constructive dialogue between business and public administration.
